Cala Homes are putting sustainability first with MovinOnApp
Cala Homes have introduced MovinOnApp into their Glasgow developments, embracing new technology to ramp up on virtual viewings and cut down on local emissions.
With the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties having a huge impact on the city, they have high expectations that sending personalised video messages to buyers will help move the housebuilding industry towards a more sustainable future.
In a recent release with Show house Magazine, Liana Canavan, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA Homes (West), said:
“We’ve noticed that, since lockdown, whilst in-person viewing appointments have picked up again, potential homebuyers really appreciate having a suite of virtual options at their disposal, so we took the decision to develop our existing offering even further with the ‘MovinOnApp’.
“Going forward, we believe homebuyers are going to be more conscious from a sustainability perspective by perhaps trying to reduce the miles travelled by car. Offering a comprehensive virtual viewing and appointment set-up means they won’t need to make as many trips to get a feel for exactly what’s on offer and can visit us in person when the time is right.”
